Cancellation Policy: We highly recommend purchasing Travel Insurance to protect your investment. Advance payments will not be refunded for cancellations unless the unit is re-rented for the same time period and for the same rental income. If the property is not re-rented, the entire advance rental payment will be forfeited. If the property is re-rented, your advance payment (less a $150.00 cancellation fee plus the difference in rental income) will be refunded upon receipt of payment from the new guest. No refunds will be given for early departure due to inclement weather, personal illness or other reasons.

Our stay was just perfect! This was our fifth visit to Cape San Blas and we have stayed at a different house each time. Shady Grady is by far our favorite! It is everything described and more - but it's the little things that really take it above and beyond. Location was perfect. Rode our bikes down to the shrimp company every day. The TV options were right on point - got to watch all football games we wanted to. The memory foam mattresses made our stay more comfortable than any we have had in years!! And the property managers were amazing as well!!!

This is our third annual family vacation to Port St. Joe. You did a wonderful job on this home and should be proud. The weather was great! We are so happy that you are recovering from Michael. We took time out of our day to visit Mexico Beach to see how the recovery was coming along. We stopped into some stores along there, too. Needless to say we will definitely be back!

An advance payment equal to 50% of the total booking charges is due at the time of reservation, along with full payment for Damage Protection and Travel Insurance (unless declined), with the balance due 30 days prior to your arrival (reservations with an arrival date of less than 90 days must be paid in full at booking). Receive a $50 discount when paying by check; our standard and preferred payment method. When paying by check, you should deduct the check payment discount when making your final payment. Regardless of payment method, a valid credit card is required to remain on file for incidentals.
