This gulf front home (built in 2014), comes complete with five bedrooms, four full baths, and two half baths and is perfect location for your annual family vacation. Finished with beautiful hardwood floors throughout, and complete with extra deep, gulf front decks, the owners of San-gri-La thought of everything, and built the perfect vacation home for your enjoyment.

The extras really do go on and on: hard floors throughout, elevator, WiFi, cell phone signal booster, 3 master bedrooms, rec room w/ kitchenette and extra full-sized refrigerator, pool table, overstocked kitchen, extra deep gulf front decks (super comfy), outdoor shower, outdoor sink, private boardwalk to beach, hot tub!!!

The overstocked kitchen has all of the essentials (and then some) needed for preparing a big family dinner. Enjoy your meals family style at the dining room table or on the comfortable decks while enjoying the breathtaking views of the Gulf of Mexico.

Located on the coveted north end of Cape San Blas, San-gri-La has a private boardwalk leading to the emerald waters and powder white sands our area is so well known for.

Step into the private lanai to cool off in the outdoor shower after a long day at the beach, and then move to the perfectly designed recreation room for an afternoon game of pool.

Each bedroom has a 32” LCD flat panel television; with the great room having a 50” LCD flat panel television. The rec room is equipped with a 47” LCD flat panel television.

Fun fact:

Shangri-La is a fictional place described in the 1933 novel Lost Horizon by British author James Hilton. Hilton describes Shangri-La as a mystical, harmonious valley, gently guided from a lamasery, enclosed in the western end of the Kunlun Mountains. Shangri-La has become synonymous with any earthly paradise, and particularly a mythical Himalayan utopia — a permanently happy land, isolated from the outside world.

Our family loved staying at San-gri-La again this year. The elevator was enjoyed by every guest young and old. The view is absolutely breathtaking! The house comes stocked with books, toys, TVs, and games for everyone. The kitchen is ready for lots of cooking and well stocked with kitchen gadgets and tools. The two refrigerators are a great plus for feeding large groups. Our kids as well as adults love the easy access to/from the beach. The water is clear and calm for little ones to play in the water. The hot tub is great for evening relaxing. Campfire s'mores are a must for our family every night. The Trading Post is within walking distance if you forget anything which is another added bonus. Silvia has been great to work with every year. The perfect destination for a tranquil get-away!

This house was amazing. There were 3 couples and 4 kids. We had plenty of room. Just a walk away to the beach that was very private. Hurricane Hermine was headed our way (but turned more toward the east of us) and we couldn't even hear the wind blowing outside! The beds were so comfortable! Best naps I've ever had. Silvia was great. She was a call, email, or text away. We will be back for sure!

This house is perfect for large families. Plenty of room to spread out; lots of porches, tv's, dining space. Bunk rooms are great for kids. The beach is always clean and rarely crowded. Great sunset view. The house was clean and in great condition. Sylvia is a top-notch property manager; never had any problems. The Indian Pass Raw Bar is about 10 min away and has the best seafood around; be prepared to wait though. There are several other good places to each in the area.

We had a fun week with three generations of family from St. Louis. There was plenty of room throughout all levels and decks; we never felt like we were on top of each other. The private boardwalk to the beach was great and the dunes added a bit of privacy. Lots of wildlife and sea creature sightings, convenient walk to local general store, and incredible ocean views make this vacation house a home for sure!

We found the house was as described: brand new and well furnished, clean and well maintained. The layout was good, rooms are spacious and lots of windows. The beach was very good, and not as crowded as in PCB. We thought that we would be hours from grocery store, but Pigly Wigly was about 15 min in Port St-Joe, and there are plenty of restaurants there. We were too busy with the beach, but we imagine we would come down in winter and try to bike lane and explore the State Park, or go fishing.

This house was all it was presented to be and then some! We had a party of ten representing three generations. Everyone had their own space, in our case the elevator was a big plus, the views were gorgeous, the sunsets breathtaking. The house was more than adequately furnished with all our needs. This was our first trip to Cape San Blas but not our last. Silvia Williams with Serenity Beach Rentals was most pleasant to work with and responsive to all our questions regarding points of interest, restaurants, etc. We would definitely rent San-gri-la again!

A wonderful place and we would definitely recommend it, and hope to be back sometime. We had a full house including little ones, teenagers, and adults and all had a blast with plenty of room. The solitude of Cape San Blas is exactly what we were looking for. Sun and fun during the day, and campfires on the beach at night.

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful beach house. The house was VERY clean and comfortable. We spent a lot of time on the large covered porch where the beach view was gorgeous. The elevator door opens onto the carport making unloading/loading a breeze and services each floor. The kitchen was very well stocked. A large walk-in pantry is not typical in rental properties and was a pleasant surprise. We didn't use the hot tub but it was obviously brand new and clean. It's a very short walk to buy supplies/food at the Trading Post. We were surprised at their large inventory despite it's small size. Silvia is fantastic to work with; always available before/during/after our stay. Silvia's husband took time out of his workday to install a new light bulb in the elevator for us. We're going back to this property for a 2nd time this year! If you are looking for a slow-pace beach experience with no large condos and crowds, San-gri-la at Cape San Blas is the answer. Love it.

We are currently staying at this great, gulf front home. Everything is fantastic, can't beat the views, the quiet beach, and above all, the Professional Property Management of this home by Serenity Beach. Silvia is absolutely fantastic, responds promptly, and took care of all of our little questions. The home was very clean and well appointed upon our arrival. Our family has been vacationing for years in Destin and Panama City Beach, but this is our first trip to the much more relaxed Cape San Blas. We love it, and will definitely be looking at our calendars for a return trip to the beach. We have gone thru several property management companies in Destin and Panama City Beach, but to tell you the truth, we really weren't overly impressed with any of them. Well, we sure have found the company to use in the future now, with Serenity Beach. Thanks again for a fantastic getaway vacation!

Our stay with Serenity Beach Rentals was incredible! Silvia was wonderful!! The house had everything to make you feel at home. We all were trying to decide when we could stay there again!! I would highly recommend this rental!!!

We just returned from a long weekend stay at this home. This home is very well taken care of and well decorated with breathtaking views of the gulf. It is gulf front with its own private boardwalk to the beach. Sylvia with Serenity Rentals was great to work with. She always promptly responded to my questions. I cannot say enough great things about this house. The only things I would suggest is a baby gate for the stairs and fans for the decks.

We feel privileged to be your first guests! Obviously you have taken great care to build a quality home with many views of the ocean, and you have furnished it beautifully with comfortable, and functional, yet aesthetically pleasing furniture. We particularly liked the paint colors you've chosen and the beautiful bed linens - not your typical "commercial" beach house! The pool table, pack-n-play and bedroom layout helped make our visit more enjoyable. We brought five grandchildren, ages 6 months to 17 years and the elevator was a big plus - both for loading and unloading, as well as for those of us who've had knee surgery.

Cancellation Policy
Advance payments will not be refunded for cancellations unless the unit is re-rented for the same time period and for the same rental income. If the property is not re-rented, the entire advance rental payment will be forfeited. If the property is re-rented, your advance payment (less a $150.00 cancellation fee plus the difference in rental income) will be refunded upon receipt of payment from the new guest. In the event of a Mandatory Evacuation Order due to a hurricane, you will only be charged for the number of nights that you occupied the unit, plus the cleaning/reservation fees and taxes. If you choose to leave in a Voluntary Evacuation no refunds will be given. No refunds will be given for early departure due to inclement weather, personal illness or other reasons.
