"San Dawg" is a newly built home located on the coveted north end of Cape San Blas boasting over 4,000 square feet of living space, 3,400 square feet of deck space, elevated private pool, private dune walkover, elevator servicing all floors, 5 bedrooms, and so much more.

Monthly reservations accepted Jan-Feb. 28 night stay (January 2021 (1/2-1/30) + February 2021 (1/30-2/27).

Reservations include a $250 credit for vacation gear rental. We had a magnificent stay although it began under the sad shadow of Michael’s destruction. The damage was more widespread and much more devastating than we could have imagined. What a privilege that we could visit in this beautiful oasis of a house, even amidst mountains of roadside debris, broken trees, blue tarped structures, and vanished dunes. The gulf slid in, wave after wave, reassuring that “all is well, all will be well.”

This house is grand. The interior is so calming with its silvery gray floors and sea colored walls, the windows opening to water, sky and dunes—the peace silences every concern. Each detail is geared to comfort and pleasure. The kitchen is a chef’s wonder—from the heft of the flatware, the loads of professional cookware, cupboards full of tools and china, bakeware for every need, the marvelous performance of the six burner range—absolutely nothing was lacking. My favorite was the deep stainless sink and super sprayer.

Cancellation Policy
We highly recommend purchasing Travel Insurance to protect your investment. More info can be found here: https://serenitybeachrentals.com/travel-insurance/. Advance payments will not be refunded for cancellations unless the unit is re-rented for the same time period and for the same rental income. If the property is not re-rented, the entire advance rental payment will be forfeited. If the property is re-rented, your advance payment (less a $150.00 cancellation fee plus the difference in rental income) will be refunded upon receipt of payment from the new guest. No refunds will be given for early departure due to inclement weather, personal illness or other reasons.

Deposit Policy
An advance payment equal to 50% of the total booking charges is due at the time of reservation, along with full payment for Damage Protection and Travel Insurance (unless declined), with the balance due 30 days prior to your arrival (reservations with an arrival date of less than 90 days must be paid in full at booking). Receive a $50 discount when paying by check; our standard and preferred payment method. When paying by check, you should deduct the check payment discount when making your final payment. Regardless of payment method, a valid credit card is required to remain on file for incidentals.
