"San Dawg" is a newly built home located on the coveted north end of Cape San Blas boasting over 4,000 square feet of living space, 3,400 square feet of deck space, elevated private pool, private dune walkover, elevator servicing all floors, 5 bedrooms, and so much more.

Ground floor: Parking for 4-5 vehicles, boat parking and 50 amp RV hookup, elevator access, private boardwalk to the beach, and hot/cold outdoor shower.

2nd floor: Gulf front family room (deck access, pool access and water view), fully stocked kitchen w/ stand alone icemaker, dining room, Bedroom #1 w/ queen bed, full bath, laundry area, large gulf front deck, and elevated private pool.

3rd floor: Gulf front bedroom #2 with king bed (deck access, water view and private full bath), gulf front bedroom #3 with king bed (deck access, water view and private full bath), bunk room with two built-in bunks (one with queen below and twin loft and the other with a full below and twin loft) and private full bath.

4th floor: Gulf front master bedroom w/ king bed (deck access, water view, bar area and private full bath), room with daybed, and laundry area.

2019 reservations made after July 1, 2018 include a $250 credit for vacation gear rental. Cancellation Policy
Advance payments will not be refunded for cancellations unless the unit is re-rented for the same time period and for the same rental income. If the property is not re-rented, the entire advance rental payment will be forfeited. If the property is re-rented, your advance payment (less a $150.00 cancellation fee plus the difference in rental income) will be refunded upon receipt of payment from the new guest. In the event of a Mandatory Evacuation Order due to a hurricane, you will only be charged for the number of nights that you occupied the unit, plus the cleaning/reservation fees and taxes. If you choose to leave in a Voluntary Evacuation no refunds will be given. No refunds will be given for early departure due to inclement weather, personal illness or other reasons.

50% of the total reservation is due at booking, with the balance due within 30 days of your arrival (reservations with an arrival date of less than 90 days must be paid in full at booking). Receive a $50 discount when paying by check; our standard and preferred payment method.
