Cancellation Policy: We highly recommend purchasing Travel Insurance to protect your investment. Advance payments will not be refunded for cancellations unless the unit is re-rented for the same time period and for the same rental income. If the property is not re-rented, the entire advance rental payment will be forfeited. If the property is re-rented, your advance payment (less a $150.00 cancellation fee plus the difference in rental income) will be refunded upon receipt of payment from the new guest. No refunds will be given for early departure due to inclement weather, personal illness or other reasons.

This house was perfect for our yearly family vacation. My husband I have 2 children so does my sister and brother-in-law so the kids bunk room was awesome! The kids absolutely loved it. My dad stayed in the room on the top floor and he loved having his own space as well. The kitchen was a DREAM and well appointed including everything we needed for the kids. The home had perfect views of the beach and sunsets. There is a nice walkway to the beach, the stairs were a little tricky with the beach cart but not a deal breaker. The location is perfectly convenient to all of my favorites on the cape. Webers donuts, Cone Heads, Skullys and the fresh seafood market. You'll LOVE this house!

Castaway Cove was such a dream! The week spent here in this beautiful home was the absolute best way to end our summer. The sand, sun, and salty air made it so easy to relax with great company. Thank you for providing such an incredible vacation home for our 2 families. We were so impressed with everything about the house! It was so well stocked with every kitchen item you could need-and then some. There was plenty of room in the house for all 11 of us. We spent hours each night on all the decks. It truly was the perfect place to stay here on the Cape. We hope to come back, and would stay at Castaway Cove without a doubt. Thank YOU for always responding to all my messages so promptly. Castaway Cove was everything I had hoped it would be AND MORE! Wow! What a fantastic kitchen! Storage space was plentiful and there were spare chairs and so much more! We viewed the magnificent sunsets every evening from the upper deck. My 90 yr old mother spent 90% of her time in a chair on that deck. Thank you for sharing this piece of paradise with all of us.

An advance payment equal to 50% of the total booking charges is due at the time of reservation, along with full payment for Damage Protection and Travel Insurance (unless declined), with the balance due 30 days prior to your arrival (reservations with an arrival date of less than 90 days must be paid in full at booking). Receive a $50 discount when paying by check; our standard and preferred payment method. When paying by check, you should deduct the check payment discount when making your final payment. Regardless of payment method, a valid credit card is required to remain on file for incidentals.
