These new construction homes situated side by side with gorgeous gulf views are located on the most desired portion of Cape San Blas, in a newly developed community called The Preserve (neighboring the Seagrass community). Each complete with a private pool, these beach homes boast over 5,000 square feet of living space in total, 8 bedrooms (including five king beds, three queens, three fulls and two twins) and much more.

These vacation homes are the perfect setting for your annual family gathering, mutilple families traveling together, special event, or to just get away from it all.

2019 reservations made after July 1, 2018 include a $250 credit for vacation gear rental. Cancellation Policy
We highly recommend purchasing Travel Insurance to protect your investment. More info can be found here: https://serenitybeachrentals.com/travel-insurance/. Advance payments will not be refunded for cancellations unless the unit is re-rented for the same time period and for the same rental income. If the property is not re-rented, the entire advance rental payment will be forfeited. If the property is re-rented, your advance payment (less a $150.00 cancellation fee plus the difference in rental income) will be refunded upon receipt of payment from the new guest. No refunds will be given for early departure due to inclement weather, personal illness or other reasons.

Deposit Policy
50% of the total reservation is due at booking, with the balance due within 30 days of your arrival (reservations with an arrival date of less than 90 days must be paid in full at booking). Receive a $50 discount when paying by check; our standard and preferred payment method. When paying by check, you should deduct the check payment discount when making your final payment.
