Nice place, beautiful views from the porches. A little walk over the dunes but the dunes enabled us to use the first floor parking for playing and grilling when tropical storm Cindy crashed on us, hence, the Calypso Disco Dance

Cancellation Policy
Advance payments will not be refunded for cancellations unless the unit is re-rented for the same time period and for the same rental income. If the property is not re-rented, the entire advance rental payment will be forfeited. If the property is re-rented, your advance payment (less a $150.00 cancellation fee plus the difference in rental income) will be refunded upon receipt of payment from the new guest. In the event of a Mandatory Evacuation Order due to a hurricane, you will only be charged for the number of nights that you occupied the unit, plus the cleaning/reservation fees and taxes. If you choose to leave in a Voluntary Evacuation no refunds will be given. No refunds will be given for early departure due to inclement weather, personal illness or other reasons.
