This brand new home in the Seagrass community comes complete with a private pool, an elevator servicing all floors, and will be finished with hard surface flooring throughout, a wall mounted flat panel TV in the family room and in each bedroom, dining room seating for 6-8, granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, gas grill, plenty of patio and pool deck seating, and much more.

Bed configurations are as follows: (Sleeps 10)

Ground floor: Washer/Dryer, private pool (the pool does not have the option of being heated), beach access

2nd floor: Bedroom #1 w/ queen bed and en-suite (deck access and gulf view), Bedroom #2 w/ full bed (deck access and gulf view), Bedroom #3 w/ twin futon bunk bed and one twin bed w/ pop-up trundle (deck access and gulf view), Full bathroom

3rd floor: Master bedroom w/ queen bed (private full bath), Family room w/ deck access and gulf view, Kitchen, Dining room (seating for 6-8) and Half bath

Fun Fact: Beach music, also known as Carolina beach music, and to a lesser extent, Beach pop, is a regional genre which developed from various rock/R&B/pop music of the 1950s and 1960s. Beach music is most closely associated with the style of swing dance known as the shag, or the Carolina shag, which is also the official state dance of both North Carolina and South Carolina. Recordings with a 4/4 "blues shuffle" rhythmic structure and moderate-to-fast tempo are the most popular music for the shag, and the vast majority of the music in this genre fits that description.

We had a wonderful time at the Seagrass beach house! The house was very clean and nicely decorated. The elevator was great when it came to packing in luggage and groceries. The walk to the beach was not an inconvenience at all. It was much shorter than expected and there was no complaining from our 5 and 3 year old girls. (wagon is a must!) The beach was very clean and our puppy enjoyed every minute of it! We brought paddle boards and were able to use them in the ocean and at the bay (access at the state park). We also rented a boat and went fishing one day on the bay. We saw so much sea life! This was our first trip to Cape San Blas, and we will definitely be back!

We vacation every year on Cape San Blas. This is my second year staying at this home. I love this beach house! You can see the sunrise and the sunset from the decks on the home. The pool is perfect for all of my grandchildren. The kitchen is well stocked with everything you need; the bedrooms are spacious and comfortable and we all enjoyed spending family time in the spacious living room/dining room area. The elevator is an added amenity that gets a lot of use after long days at the beach! The beach is close and easily accessed. A perfect vacation home! I look forward to my next stay.

My family and I enjoyed staying at Beach Music! The house is beautifully furnished and the accommodations were great for all 9 of us. Easy access to the beach and we appreciated the use of the beach chairs. Also, the tall chairs on the decks are fabulous! The pool was soothing and enjoyed by all. The kitchen had everything we needed! The only thing I would improve are the pillows because they are very flat. Other than that, we would not change one single thing! It provided us a lovely vacation! Thank you!

Seagrass is a beautiful new home, great location to the beach, beautiful views of the ocean, good sized pool with nice paver patio surround. The house was perfect size for 2 families - 4 adults, 4 children. We have stayed on the Cape 3 other years in rental houses and this one has to be our favorite. Also, close proximity to the little store, ice cream and barbeque! Would recommend this house for anyone coming to vacation on the Cape. (The elevator is a great plus when bringing in luggage and groceries!) We had an awesome stay.

I vacation every year on Cape San Blas. This home by far is one of the best!! I watched the sun rise each morning and could watch the sun go down in the evening all from the decking surrounding the home. The decor was awesome for a beach home, and all of the bedding was comfortable for everyone. The private pool is located perfect for swimming in the sun or some shade if needed. I would recommend this home to anyone I know.

We had such an enjoyable vacation. This beautiful new home is equipped with everything you need, just bring your beach towels and swimsuits. Views of the ocean are beautiful.The pool was just the right size as well. A very short walk across the road on the very nice boardwalk and you are on the beach. Silva is so easy to work with and made the whole transaction so easy. In the future if we visit Cape San Blas we will be back.

My family just returned from Cape San Blas where we stayed in this beautifully crafted beach house!!! Our views were amazing and we can't say enough about the inside of this house. Very clean and plenty of room for everyone. Interior was crisp and clean with all new appliances and granite countertops. The fresh colors on the walls and trim made it all the more inviting. We felt extremely safe with our children going from beach to house without us. Great neighborhood for families! It was such a plus to have our own swimming pool and beach access walk-way. We would highly recommend this house for your vacation and look forward to returning to it in the near future!!

Cancellation Policy
Advance payments will not be refunded for cancellations unless the unit is re-rented for the same time period and for the same rental income. If the property is not re-rented, the entire advance rental payment will be forfeited. If the property is re-rented, your advance payment (less a $150.00 cancellation fee plus the difference in rental income) will be refunded upon receipt of payment from the new guest. In the event of a Mandatory Evacuation Order due to a hurricane, you will only be charged for the number of nights that you occupied the unit, plus the cleaning/reservation fees and taxes. If you choose to leave in a Voluntary Evacuation no refunds will be given. No refunds will be given for early departure due to inclement weather, personal illness or other reasons.
